Obituary of Marjorie Eleanor McNally

Marjorie Eleanor McNally of Saint John passed away on Friday, July 16, 2010 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born at Gagetown on October 18, 1948, she was a daughter of Victoria E. "Becky" (Morrisey) McNally and the late Howard McNally. Marjorie attended Cerebral Palsy School, and loved music. She had a special talent for completing jigsaw puzzles, and had resided at Carleton Kirk Lodge since 2001. In addition to her mother, Marjorie is survived by her brothers and sisters, John McNally (Anita) of Saint John, Morris McNally (Sue) of Gold River, BC, Hilda Hunt (Bucky) of Stewiacke, NS, and Marian Smith (Bill) of South Carolina; an uncle, Fred Morrissey of Stoney Creek, ON, and an aunt, Effie Gauvin of Gagetown; several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and former sister-in-law, Carol McNally. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West, with visiting on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM from Brenan's Bay View Chapel. Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Carleton Kirk Lodge, Romero House, or to any charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
