Obituary of Jack Duplisea
It is with great sadness that the family of Jack Duplisea announce his passing after a long and very loved life.
Jack was born in Enniskillen, NB. He worked for the Hoover company in Hamilton, Ontario before moving back to his hometown in Saint John, where he worked until retirement for School District 20.
Jack is survived by his loving wife Teresa (Simpson), his son Jason and his wife Robyn (Hayward) and his precious grandson Samuel. As well as a very loved extended family.
Jack was predeceased by his parents Jean (Murray) and James Duplisea as well as his first wife Marjorie (Wisted), his sisters Rosie and Kay as well as his brother Albert (Al)
Jack loved his little camp in Enniskillen and spending his free moments there with Teresa, Jason and his fur babies Cleo and Buster. He was an outdoor enthusiast and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and all aspects of nature.
The family would like to thank the nurses, doctors and staff of Rocmaura Nursing Home for the dedicated and loving care that was given to Jack over the past three and a half years.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row Saint John, NB (506-634-7424). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 11:00 AM from Holy Redeemer (Saint Pius X) 316 Somerset St. Saint John NB. Visitation will take place at Brenan’s Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will take place in Saint Columbia Cemetery, Fredericton Junction, following the service.
