79 years passed peacefully with her husband by her side on Monday, January 23, 2023, at the Charlotte County Hospital. Beloved wife of Byron Munro who she married in 1967, they shared over 55 years of a wonderful life together.  She is survived by her children Donald Paul Munro (Jacqueline) and Cairistiona Louise (Niko) Tanguay, and her cherished grandchildren Benjamin, Cameron, Maja, Clarisse (Nicholas) Elizabeth and Philippe. She will be missed by her in-laws Dorothy (Giovanni) Da Ros, Robert Munro, Andrew (Janie) Munro, Marilyn (Dennis) Touesnard and Teresa (Harold) Garson, many nieces and nephews, good friends Kathleen Ford, Roberta Allen, Pamela Rigby and Ricky and Sally Parks. She is predeceased by her parents Vincent and Mary Gully, infant daughter Catherine Anne Munro and brother-in-law Donald Munro (Mary) and her cousin Mary Eisnor.

After graduating from the original class of dental hygiene in 1964 at Dalhousie University, Charlotte worked as a dedicated dental hygienist for many years in Halifax, Saint John, and Saint Andrews. She was a member of many organizations including Run of the Mill Singers, NB Crime Stoppers, and ACW in Winnipeg MB and was a first beaver leader nicknamed “Bubbles” in Dollard Des Ormeaux QC. In her earlier years, Charlotte was a gifted dancer winning awards for her talent. She enjoyed singing and was a member of many church choirs and attended bible study regularly. She supported Byron’s passion for football and was a dedicated football mom. Above all she was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law who had a great sense of humor and enjoyed a good laugh.
