My sincere condolences to all the family. Dan informed me of Ellen’s passing when we spoke on the phone last week. I remember Ellen when Dan and I ran the roads around Milford and Lancaster. It is with great sadness the acknowledgment of Ellen’s passing. She was a dear friend since we met many years ago and remained in contact after our time together. She was a free spirit and in my words very cool. She loved world events and respected everyone no matter where they came from. Her Nursing career meant the world to her as she always wanted to know more and if she didn’t know she would find out. Family meant everything to her and she was very close to my mother Rosemary Kleinke. Our son Max meant everything to her she will be thourghly missed. RIP my friend Ellen you will never be alone.

I am so very sorry to hear of Ellen's passing. Even though I haven't seen Ellen in many years, I often thought of her and remember her kindness. I always enjoyed her cookies she sent for Oma each Christmas. She was a talented baker! I am sending lots of love during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear Ellen's passing. She was a lovely person and had genuine care for people. I knew her as we were from neighboring communities and she was my nurse when I had surgery many years ago. We had some good laughs. You will be missed Ellen. RIP.

We are both shocked and saddened to hear about Ellen's passing. Our condolences to all of her family. Milford was a lovely tight knit community where everyone knew each other. Many wonderful memories of Ellen! She always led with a smile ,kindness and friendly upbeat attitude. Ellen, was a wonderful and talented nurse as well! I was her patient on the maternity ward and she looked after me like a family member. Prayers for the family as they grieve her huge loss. Ellen, we will miss you and think of you fondly.
