Obituary of Barbara Joan Wheaton

The death of Barbara Joan (Parsons) Wheaton of Saint John, wife of the late Robert “Francis” Wheaton occurred on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at the Saint John Regional Hospital.

Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her children, Kevin Wheaton (Teresa), Marta Graham and Kim Dickison (Ed); 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Robin Wheaton, son-in-law, Rev. Gordon Graham and grandson, Caleb Graham.  Barbara was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

A private graveside service will take place in Greenwood Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424).

For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Salvation Army or a charity of one’s choice.
