Obituary of Beatrix Anna Rita Glatz

It is with much sadness that the family of Beatrix Glatz announce her passing which occurred on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Ridgewood Veterans Wing.  Born on July 21, 1964 in Lahr, Germany, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Hannelore (Goessel) Glatz.

Beatrix always had a special place in her heart for all animals and especially adored the many cats and dogs that she had over the years.  She was a loyal supporter of the SPCA.  She enjoyed shopping, knitting and most of all treasured the times spent with her precious boys and daughters-in-law who were her world.

Beatrix will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Steven Ryan (Jessica) and Wayne Ryan (Leah); as well as her sister, Angelika Glatz (Firoz).

In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.  Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424).
