Obituary of Frances "Ann" Connell

Ann Connell of Public Landing, wife of Brian Connell, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at her residence. Ann was born in Saint John on February 11, 1956, a daughter of the late Gerald and Martha (Greer) Laderoute. In her spare time, Ann enjoyed knitting and sewing, and spending time with her grandson Brayden, who was the apple of her eye. In addition to her husband, Ann is survived by her daughter, Heather Connell of Calgary, AB; her grandson, Brayden; her daughter-in-law, Jessica Nash of Saint John; her father-in-law, Murray Connell (Doris) of Jones Creek; her sister, Jean Laderoute of Saint John; her brother, Tom Laderoute of Saint John; her sister-in-law, Judy Mosher (Dennis Kenny) of Clarendon; and several nieces and nephews. Ann was predeceased by her son, Sean Connell; her brother, Jack Laderoute; and by her brother-in-law, Wayne Connell. In keeping with Ann’s wishes, a private burial will be held. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
