Obituary of Thomas James Mazerolle
It is with great sadness that the family of Tom Mazerolle of Saint John, beloved husband of Elaine (Landry) Mazerolle, announces his passing which occurred on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on December 11, 1954, he was the son of Pauline (Gaudet) Mazerolle of Saint John and the late Gerry Mazerolle.
Tom was a loyal employee of Centracare for 41 years. He was an avid sports fan and also loved cars. Most of all, Tom enjoyed and treasured the times spent with his family. He will always be lovingly remembered as a caring and dedicated husband, father, brother and friend.
In addition to his wife and mother, Tom is also survived by his children, Joel of Fredericton and Monique of Saint John; as well as siblings, Theresa (Ken), Ron (Debbie), Don, Irene (Don), Debbie (Leon), Norm (Judy), Dave, Nora (Gordie) and Bob (Janis). He was predeceased by his infant sister, Irene.
Resting at Brenans Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, (634-7425) with visiting on Saturday, April 26 from 6-8 PM and Sunday, April 27 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 360 Dufferin Row, Saint John on Monday, April 28, at 12:00 Noon. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances made to the MS Society or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
