Obituary of James Edwin Foote

James Edwin "Jim" Foote passed away on July 26, at the Saint John Regional Hospital after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. Born on May 29, 1946 he was a son of the late Ellis "Mike" and Sue (Lawrence) Foote. Jim was an avid photographer and loved electronics and playing video games. He worked for Centracare for over 35 years. Jim is survived by his wife, Esther (MacDonald), daughter, Angie (Andrew Putt), Saint John, who he adored greatly; step-son, John Webb (Janet), Saint John; brothers, Robert Foote and Edward Foote (Marilyn), Ontario; sister, Jane Porter (Lloyd); grandchildren, Fallon Webb, Tiffany Webb, Jonathan Webb; several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Resting at Brenan’s Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John (634-7425) with visiting on Wednesday, July 30 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Bay View Chapel at 10:00 am. Interment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
