Obituary of Della E. MacDonald

The death of Della E. MacDonald, wife of the late Archibald MacDonald, occurred on November 21, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Newcastle, NB she was the daughter of the late Calvin and Bertha (Clarke) Clark. She was employed with E. E. Paquettes Co. Ltd. before she retired and moved to Saint John in 1972. She was a member of the Torch for Truth Tabernacle. She was predeceased by her brothers Samuel, Willis and Raymond and siters Irene McKinley, Myrtle Lingley and Muriel Jardine. She is survived by her sister Willa Elwi of Ciaro and many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am from Brenans Chapel. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Chatham at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 24, 2007. In lieu of flowers remembrances made a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
