Obituary of Edna Louise Staples

Passed away on September 26, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born at Red Rapids, NB, a daughter of the late Edward Henry and Addie Izetia (Baker) Beaumaster (Bowmaster). Edna was a resident of Ontario for forty years retiring to Rothesay, NB in 1985. She was a member of the RCAF (WD) from 1943-1946. Survived by her daughter, Mary Ann G. Holland and granddaughters, Margaret Louise and Catherine Marie Holland; sisters-in-law Jean (Vern) Hamilton and Jean Beaumaster; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by three sisters: Susan Finnemore, Evelyn Gilks and Pearl Baker; three brothers Lawrence, Myles (infant) and Wilfred; granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann and son-in-law, Philip Holland. Arrangements are under the care of Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, (506) 634-7424. By request of the deceased there will be no visitation; a Memorial Mass will be celebrated from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Rothesay, NB on Saturday, September 29, 2007 at 10:00 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
