For many years I lived in British Columbia, however, my parents, brother and I lived on York Street in Champlain Heights, Saint John, just down the street from the Ward home on Creighton Avenue. I have fond memories of Grace and Arthur as well as Catherine, Grace's sister. My parents, May and John Chisholm were especially close to Catherine but because of Catherine we all become good friends and neighbours to Grace and her family. I know the years take us "home" and "home" is with the Lord but although late in coming, I offer sincere condolenses to a special family of virtue and love. That can never be denied about all the Wards. My brother, John, was a close friend of Bruce and although I was younger than the two boys, I found Bruce to be a sweet and loving man, even in his youth. Blessings on you all. The picture below is of my parents, May and John Chisholm. My father knew Catherine and Grace and their mother years before he married my mother. His mother and Mrs. Tilton were close.
