Obituary of Audrey Bernice Campbell

The death of Audrey Bernice Campbell of Saint John, NB, wife of the late Arthur Campbell, occurred on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at the St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born on November 16, 1916 in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late William L. and Nellie M. (Thompson) Stewart. Audrey was a life long resident of Saint John, a member of St. James Anglican Church, Simonds Lions Seniors, Director of Seniors Aid, the Christmas Club and Simonds Seniors Glee Club. Survived by two sons: Colin A. (Ida) of Ottawa, ON and David S. (Linda) of Riverview, NB; three grandchildren: Craig (Alison), Jeffrey (Marilyn) and Jason; two great-grandchildren: Connor and Keira; one nephew and one niece. Predeceased by her husband, Arthur in March 1979; one brother, Ronald Stewart and one sister, Elsie Montgomery. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at 11 am. Interment will be in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or any charity of choice.
