Obituary of John Albert Hudson

Hudson, John Albert – The death of John Hudson of Saint John, NB, husband of Marjorie (Dorbyson) Hudson, occurred on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Round Hill, NS on December 4, 1947, he was a son of the late James and Margaret (Cleaves) Hudson. John worked for Maritime Sod for 34 years until his retirement in July of 2008. He was an avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Survived by his loving wife, Marjorie; two dearest daughters, Heidi (Ye) Tian and Tanya Hudson, both of Saint John; two brothers, Richard (Jessica) of Bridgetown, NS and Michael (Elizabeth) of Saint John; one granddaughter, Rayne (Buba); several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents and the son that John never had Stanley Janes the father of Rayne (Buba). Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Friday, October 31, 2008 at 11:00 am. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
