Obituary of Gloria Jane Kirkpatrick

Kirkpatrick, Gloria Jane … The sudden passing of Gloria Jane Kirkpatrick of Saint John, wife of the late Douglas Kirkpatrick, occurred on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at her residence. Born in Saint John on January 22, 1940, she was the daughter of Beatrice (Connors) Beers and the late Aubrey Beers. Gloria was a member of Edith Avenue Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Steven) Kirkpatrick-Davis of Saint John and one brother, Aubrey (Barbara) Beers of Burlington, ON. She was predeceased by her husband and her father. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 11:30 am. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Alzheimer Society or any charity of choice.
