Obituary of David Kenneth Saunders

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of David Kenneth Saunders of Hampstead, husband and soul mate of Kimberley (McLeod) Saunders, which occurred on Monday, December 27, 2010 at his residence. Born at Saint John on September 21, 1955, he was a son of the late Clarence and Dorothy (Fitzgerald) Saunders. David was a happy, positive person, who always put others before himself. His humility and kindness will be fondly remembered. David is survived by a son, David Saunders-McLeod (Miranda); four daughters, Angelina Gibson (Brian), Jeannetta Saunders (Mario), Amanda Savoy, and Ataya Saunders; his grandchildren Cassidi Gibson, Addyson Gibson, and Bianca Gentile, who were the apple of his eye; his father-in-law, J. R. A. McLeod, as well as all the extended McLeod Family. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Friday, December 31, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 1, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
