Dear Rebekah We will always remember Gerry as a kind gentleman, who cared and was respectful of others. Such an astute mind, combined with a sense of humor and bursting laughter. We realize you have lost your husband and best friend. We hope that the wonderful times you and Gerry had, will help to get you through this difficult time. Warmest Regards Barbara and Paul Brideau

Rebekah, Gerry was a great friend, so thoughtful and generous. We were in Brockville together, and in 1952 we hitch-hiked across Nova Scotia to beach-comb near Liverpool for a week. Over the years since, we always laughed about the trip. He was a great travelling companion, lots of fun. He later helped me greatly at the time of my sister's death. You and I met at her funeral in Saint John. Although our lives had taken different directions, Gerry was always 'there', a real friend! He will always be in our thoughts and prayers here in Yarmouth, N.S.! God Bless, with prayers for you too! Peter Eldridge
