Obituary of Arthur Allan Weare

The unexpected death of Art Weare, husband of Patricia "Pat" (Reinhart) Weare occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, July 14, 2012. He was born on February 3, 1955 at Montreal, QC to the late Arthur C. and M. Evelyn A. (Murphy) Weare. Art worked with various companies throughout his career most notable, 15 years at Irving Oil Ltd credit department and the last couple at Exxon Mobil in the credit department. His hobbies were golf, fishing and landscaping. Art had a great sense of humour and would always lend a hand, putting others before himself. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Pat, his sons: Michael and Kevin (Stephanie) both of Saint John; grandson, Ayden; sisters: Pat White, Diane Carmichael, Charlene Osborne, Lynda Hargreaves and Barbara Shaw and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Brenan's Chapel on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 10:00 am. Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
