Obituary of Ronald W. Green

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Joe Green, husband of Sheila (Flavin) Green announces his passing on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in Saint John on April 22, 1957, he was a son of the late Gerald and Nancy (Fitzgerald) Green. Joe was a family man that could be found driving around, spending time with his many friends, talking about cars, or having the occasional nap. He will especially be missed by his grandchildren; they couldn’t wait to spend time with him every day. Besides his wife, Joe is survived by his daughters: Carrie (Greg), Krysta (Clint), and Jennifer (Jason); son, Ronald "B.J." (Jami); brother, Ian (Judy); sister, Debbie Hanson (Chris); 9 grandchildren and one on the way; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Donald and Mark. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Friday, July 5, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A private funeral service will be held at a later date.
