Obituary of Gertrude Ann Fullerton

It is with heavy hearts the family of Gertrude Ann (Fillmore) Fullerton, wife of the late Walter E. Fullerton, announce her passing on Monday, July 17, 2017 at Bobby’s Hospice. Born in Saint John on October 30, 1934 she was a daughter of the late Ellis and Mary (Robicheau) Fillmore. Gertrude is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Murray; brothers, Raymond (Doris) Fillmore and Bruce (Sharon) Fillmore; grandchildren: Denise and Ellis (Chelsea) Murray; great grandson, Parker Thomas; nephews, Darrell and Mark Fillmore; and niece Amber Fillmore. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). Keeping with Gertrude’s wishes there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Sts. Joachim and Ann Parish, 135 Simpson Dr., Saint John, NB, on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow at Gertrude’s home, 20 Belgian Rd., Saint John, NB. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Bobby’s Hospice, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
