Obituary of Beverly Etta Aulenback

The death of Beverly Etta (Henley) Aulenback, wife of the late Frederick B. Aulenback, occurred unexpectedly while travelling with family in Ireland on June 30, 2017. Born in Chelsea, Nova Scotia on October 11, 1938 she was one of six daughters of the late Hazen Morse and Carrie May (Fancy) Henley. Beverly is survived by her daughter Stephanie and son in law John Lawson, of Rothesay, NB; sisters, Joan (Gerry) LeMoal, of Winnipeg, MB; Una Aulenback, of Bridgewater, NS; Verda Selig, of South Brookfield, NS; Elsie Fancey, of North Brookfield, NS; sisters in law, Brenda (Doug) Himmleman and Marie Aulenback; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sister Ida Frail. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB(634-7424). There will be no visitation. A celebration of Beverly’s life will take place at Kings Church, 332 Hampton Rd., Quispamsis, on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 1:00 PM. There will also be a memorial service at Chelsea United Baptist Church, 2626 Highway 210, Chelsea, Nova Scotia on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place immediately following the service in Maple Grove Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances in memory of Beverly may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
