Obituary of Natasha Mary Jo Furlotte

It is with great sadness and surrounded by family, they announce the passing of Natasha Furlotte on May 25, 2017, which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital, following a brave battle with cancer. She was born February 18, 1970 in Saint John to Margaret Clark and Bobby Furlotte. Tasha was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and aunt. She loved her precious fur babies and loved scratch tickets and BINGO in support of the SPCA. There was never a day gone by that she wasn’t positive and smiling. Her face would always light up a room. She loved a good party with friends and was always grateful for what she had. Even during her time of sickness, she was still always putting everyone ahead of herself. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Clark of Kingston, NB; father, Bobby Furlotte of BC; children, Curtis and Katelyn on Kingston, NB; sisters: Constance (Roger) of Saint John; Tina (Dave) of Nauwigewauk, Bobbie Jo (Terry) of Hay River, NWT, Betty Jo (Mike) of Saint John; nieces and nephews: Taylor, Jeffrey, Danielle, Brittany (Josh), Trevor (Kate), Chelsea (Ellis); aunts and uncles: Frank Clark (Mona), Maryanne Amero (Robin), Joanne Clayton; she is also survived by her beautiful cats: Boots, Midnight, Smokey, Lucky, and Bella. Natasha was predeceased by her stepfather, Allen Cullen, along with her two special fur babies, Paws and Baby. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Saturday, May 27 and Sunday May 28, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, May 29, 2017 at 2 pm. Interment will take place at Fernhill Cemetery on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 2 pm, meeting at Fernhill’s office on Westmorland Road. Donations in Tasha’s memory can be made to Fur, Feet, and a Heartbeat, Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of the donor’s choice.
