Obituary of Jane Elizabeth Hunt

I thought that I would miss you, and never find my way. And then I heard the angel say "she's with you every day. The sun, the moon, the wind, the stars, will forever be around, reminding you of the love you shared and the peace she's finally found." It is with great sadness that the family of Jane Elizabeth (Finn) Hunt announces her passing on Thursday, April 13th 2017, at the age of 68. Born in Saint John on July 23, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Ronald and Utah (Alchorn) Finn. Jane will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 49 years, Vernon; her three children: Michael, Mark (Michelle), and Wade (Jennifer). Her memory will be carried in the hearts of her seven grandchildren: Kristin (Kevin), Haley, Thomas, Austin, Brandon, Steven, Rebecca, as well as the hearts of her close friends and extended family. There are many words that describe Jane, giving, caring, kind and loving. She loved spending time at the trailer, yard sale-ing with her friends and being with her family. Although she is no longer with us physically, her legacy lives on through those whose hearts she has touched and whose lives she was a part of. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Jane has requested no visitation. A Celebration of Jane’s life will take place at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
