Obituary of John Skinner Lingley

It is with heavy hearts that the family of John "Jack" Skinner Lingley, loving partner of Catherine Gray, announces his passing which occurred unexpectedly on Monday, May 29, 2017 at home. Born in Saint John on March 14, 1944, he was a son of the late James and Tilly (Levine) Lingley. Jack is survived by his daughter, Bonnie Connell (Darrell); two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Gerry Lingley (Helene) of Fredericton; sister, Dawn Currie of Montreal, along with several nieces and nephews and extended family. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 10:00 AM. All are welcome. For those who wish, remembrances in Jack’s memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or any charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
