Obituary of Ronald William Savoy

Savoy, Ronald William – It is with deep sadness that the family of Ronald Savoy, loving husband of Patricia (Fox) Savoy, announces his passing, which occurred on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on July 31, 1946, he was a son of the late John W. and Mary E. (Hebert) Savoy. In addition to Patricia, his wife of 28 years, Ronald will be missed by his children: William, George, Robert and Elizabeth; several grandchildren; a sister, Kathleen Owens (Lloyd); as well as several extended family members. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, John and Edward. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 5-7 pm with the Royal Canadian Legion Tribute to a Veteran taking place at 6:45 pm. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 2:00 pm from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
