Obituary of Phyllis Dorothy Lester

LESTER, PHYLLIS D. ? The death of Phyllis Dorothy Lester, wife of the late Allen Lester, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, July 6, 2005. Born in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late George and Catherine (Small) Sheffroth. Survived by her son, Winston Lester of Havelock, NB; one brother: Louis (Dorothy) Sheffroth, of Saint John; one sister: Bernice (Harold) Grant of Saint John, and several grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister, Lillian Knox. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday, from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 8, 2005 at 11:00 AM from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery at a later date. Remembrances may be made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donor's choice.
