Obituary of Marie Imelda Martin

The death of Marie Imelda “Mildred” Martin of Rocmaura Nursing Home “Trinity Court”, wife of the late E. Elmer Martin, occurred on Saturday, November 27, 2004, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Baie-Sainte-Anne, she was the daughter of the late Camille and Marguerite (Richardson) Chiasson. She is survived by four sons, Adelard J. of Saint John, Lucien J. of Saint John, Gerald J. of Pennefield and Brian W. (Vivian) of Saint John, two daughters, Patricia Tayes (Gordon) of Saint John and Sandra Saunders (Wesley) of Rothesay, one brother, Aurel Chiasson of Baie-Sainte-Anne, one sister, Doreen Trepanier (Ray) of Kitchener, ON, 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one daughter, Joanne, one son, Gerald, seven brothers and two sisters. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Stella Maris Church, Bayside Drive, on Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at 11:00 AM. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Rocmaura Foundation “Trinity Court” would be appreciated.
