Obituary of Donald Wigginton

The death of Donald Wigginton, husband of M.Shirley (Millar) Wigginton, of Saint John NB, occurred on Sunday, April 10, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John a son of the late Charles and Emily (Mead) Wigginton. Donald worked in the Insurance industry throughout his lifetime, for a number of years he served as an Elder at Portland United Church and had been involved as a Group Leader with Boy Scouts of Canada. Besides his wife he is survived by a sister-in-law, Mary Wigginton, several nieces and several grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Predeceased by a brother Robert. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424. At the family's request there will not be any visitation. Following Cremation a Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2004 at 11 am from Portland United Church. Interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Benevolent Fund of Portland United Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
