Obituary of Rosemary Darleen Whitehouse

The death of Rosemary Darleen (Frawley) Whitehouse, beloved wife of Russell Whitehouse, Saint John, NB occurred on May 16, 2004 at her residence. Born in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of Rose (Pearson) Frawley and the late James Frawley. Besides her husband and her mother, she is survived by her two loving and caring children, James “Jamie” (Margaret) Whitehouse of Guelph, Ontario and her daughter, Shelly (Ralph) Stephen of Bedford, NS; and her precious granddaughter, whom “Mi-Mi” loved so dearly, Olivia Jane Stephen. Her devoted and caring sisters; Charlotte May of Saint John, NB, Sharon (Bud) Mugridge of St. Catherines, ON. Her loving brothers; Richard (Francine) Frawley of Hampton, NB and Donald (Ann) Northrup of Rothesay, NB. Rosemary is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and her sister-in-law, Joan Frawley, as well as her devoted friends, Ruth Stears, Heather Winters, Lee Stephen, and Marlene Farmsworth. She is predeceased by one brother; Robert Frawley. Rosemary's generosity of spirit and kindness endeared her to family and friends. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424) with visiting on Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Broad Street, Saint John on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow the service at Clover Hill Road Cemetery, Salt Springs, NB. Memorial donations may be made to the Dr. Stephen Memorial Fund, the Romero House, Canadian Cancer Society, Loch Lomond Villa Nursing Home or a charity of the donor's choice.
