Obituary of Priscilla Marie Martin

After a courageous battle with cancer the death of Priscilla Marie (Thibodeau) Martin of Rothesay Road, formerly of Bathurst, the last surviving member of her immediate family, wife of the late Raymond Martin occurred on Friday, March 21, 2003 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Bathurst, NB she was the daughter of the late Francois and Marie (Bertin) Thibodeau. Priscilla was a seamstress by trade and is survived by two sons David of Grand Manan and Robert of Bathurst, four daughters Ann (Ron) Haines of Woodstock, Judy (Kim) Beckett of Saint John, Joan (Donald) Blackett of Beresford and Margaret Martin of Quebec, nine grandchildren Michelle, Tracey Dawn, Douglas, Jennifer, Jessica, Marc, Luc, Matthew and Bianca, five great ? grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by five brothers Leonard, Eloi, Arthur, Isodor and Francis. By request there will be no visiting. The memorial service will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 26, 2003 from Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home Chapel 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424) at 4PM.
