Obituary of Marie "Elaine" DeLong

The death of Marie 'Elaine' DeLong, wife of Lawrence (Larry) DeLong, occurred on September 8, 2003, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Cornwall, ON, she was the daughter of Norma (Booth) Decaire and the late Maurice Decaire. Besides her husband and mother she is survived by her sons Jason and Ryan, both at home, her brother Mark Decaire and his wife Marjorie of Greenfield, ON, her close extended family, her niece Nicole, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday, September 11, 2003, at 1:00 PM, from Brenan's Chapel. Following cremation interment will take place at St. Finnan's Parish Cemetery, Alexandria, ON.
