Obituary of Linda Jean Seaward

The death of Linda Jean Seaward, wife of Gerald Seaward of Grand Bay ? Westfield, NB occurred on Thursday, April 8th, 2004, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, daughter of the late Arthur and Doris (LeBlanc) Vautour, Linda had been employed with the New Brunswick Telephone Company for over twenty-five years, she enjoyed working with crafts and spending time with her granddaughter, was a former member of St. Matthew's Church in Grand Bay and attended The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Saint John. Survived by her husband, Gerald; two sons, Scott D. and his wife, Kim Wheaton and their daughter, Lauryn of Grand Bay-Westfield, and Brent G. at home; one brother, Arthur Vautour of Saint John; one sister, Diane Vautour of Saint John; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents and one brother, Joseph Vautour. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424. At the request of the family there will be no visiting at the funeral home. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 91 Waterloo Street, Saint John on Monday, April 12th, 2004 at 12 Noon. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, The New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
