Obituary of Kelly Rose Cyr

Cyr, Kelly Rose (Sheehan) ? After a long battle with Cystic Fibrosis, Kelly passed away at the Palliative Care Unit of the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 16, 2004. She was the daughter of the late Thomas M. Sheehan and Lena Mae (Doucette) Sheehan. She attended Grandview Avenue School, Bayside Junior High and St. Vincent's High and worked on the St. John Ambulance service at Willow Grove, N.B. for several years. Kelly also took many Bible courses and passed them. She loved cats, playing the guitar and singing, and loved to do embroidery work. Kelly is survived by her mother and her second dad, Leo O'Halloran, Lakeside, N.B.; one brother Thomas (Alice) Sheehan, Mannville, Alberta; three sisters, Gerene (Raymond) Hasselman, Moncton, N.B., Patricia (Donald) Blizzard, Saint John, N.B., and Teresa (Tessy) (Galen) Shannon, Woodstock, N.B.; and several uncles and aunts, nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, N.B. (506-634-7424), with visiting on Wednesday And Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held March 19, 2004 at 3:30pm at Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel. Remembrances may be to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
