Obituary of Bonnie Louise Graves

The death of Bonnie Louise Graves, wife of Gerald Wayne Graves, occurred on November 11, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Yarmouth, NS she was the daughter of the late Gloria Violet (Swim) Rice. She was employed with St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Saint John Regional Hospital as a Ward Aid. She was a member of the Salvation Army, the ROAB Glades and enjoyed crafts and Bingo. Besides her husband she is survived by her son G. Wayne of Yellowknife, NWT, daughter Marjorie Graves, granddaughter Jennifer Richardson, brother George Patrick Rice of Yarmouth, NS, sisters Annie (Rice) Duplessis and her husband Brian of Saint John, Sherry (Rice) Martin and her husband Gary of Hampton, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Brother Douglas Rice and sister Georginia Swim predeceased her. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm followed by cremation. The ROAB will hold a Glades Tribute Service of Thursday at 7:00 pm. The funeral service will be held Friday, at 10:00 am, from Brenans Chapel. Remembrances made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
