Obituary of Janet Elizabeth McAuley

McAuley, Janet Elizabeth … The family of Janet Elizabeth McAuley of Saint John, NB, wish to announce that Mom went on ahead to join her late husband, Fred McAuley. Born in Saint John on December 12, 1925 she was a daughter of the late James W. and Beatrice W. (Green) Willis. Survived by her children, Anne (William) Cummings of Rothesay, NB, Eden (Carolyn) McAuley of Riverview, NB and Andrew McAuley of Rothesay; her brother, Philip (Christie) Willis of Golden Grove, NB; six grandchildren, Stephanie (Joseph) Estey, Alexandra Fogan, Eden Cummings, Scott , Fred and Lisa McAuley; three great-grandchildren, Lily and Seth Fogan, and Colby Estey; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister, Isabel O’Neill; two brothers, James and Granville. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424. There will not be any visiting at the funeral home. A private family memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2008. Interment will be in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or any charity of choice.
