Obituary of Cheryl Marie Williston

The death of Cheryl Marie (Thibodeau) Williston of Saint John, NB, wife of Gerald “Gerry” Williston, occurred on Friday, July 24, 2009, at the Saint John Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in Saint John on July 13, 1958, she was a daughter of Mona Thibodeau and the late Emery Thibodeau. Cheryl was employed with Just Silver as a sales associate. She is survived by her husband, Gerry; two daughters, Jillian and Kayla both of Saint John; her mother, Mona Thibodeau of Covedell, NB; one brother, Robert Thibodeau of Malpec, NB; two sisters, Gisele (Joe) Arko of Georgetown, ON and Angela Thibodeau of Tabusintac; father-in-law, Clifford Williston; four brothers-in-law, Rodney (Michelle), Kevin (Brenda Ashbridge), Wayne Williston all of Saint John and Albert Clark of Fort McMurray, AB; one sister-in-law, Wendy (Mike) Jones of Saint John; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father, Emery Thibodeau. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424, with visiting on Sunday, July 26, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 27, 2009 from Brenan’s Chapel at 11:30 am. Remembrances may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association, the Canadian Cancer Society or any charity of the donor’s choice.
