Obituary of Mary Ann Negus

Negus, Mary Ann – The death of Mary Ann Negus of Saint John, NB, wife of Robert Negus, occurred on Sunday, November 30, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on March 20, 1957 she was a daughter of Mavis Gosson of Toronto, ON and the late Joseph Gosson. Mary Ann was an active member of Forest Hills Baptist Church and she enjoyed her family, who will miss her deeply; she loved to cook and enjoyed catering for family, friends and the church. Survived by her mother, her husband, her three children: David (Irene) Thibault of Saint John, Raymond (Carol) Thibault of St. George, NB and Mary Thibault of Quispamsis, NB; two brothers, Joseph and Wayne Gosson; sister, Dianne Dominey; eight grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held from Forest Hills Baptist Church, 36 Mountain Road, Saint John East on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 11 am. Interment will be at a later date. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
