Obituary of Louise D. Tait

Tait, Louise D. … The death of Louise Tait, of Kenneth Drive, Quispamsis occurred on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born in Saint John on November 23, 1929 to the late Thomas and Inez (Marshall) Martin. Louise was a life long resident of the Saint John Area, only leaving to winter in Florida. She was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Carleton Branch #2 and Quispamsis Seniors Club. Louise is survived by her two children: Chris Tait (Donna) and Sandra Richard (David) both of Quispamsis; five grandchildren: Stephen, Trevor, Venessa, Ryan and Travis; great granddaughter Cadence and life long friend Mildred Bishop. Besides her parents, Louise was predeceased by her husband Ronald Tait and her brother Herbert Martin. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday from 7-9 pm and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 10 am. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. A reception will follow the interment at Brenan’s Funeral Home Reception Centre. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
