Obituary of Gary M. Bailey

The death of Gary M. “Little Joe” Bailey of Saint John, NB, occurred on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late Edward Bailey Sr. and Frances Beaton. Little Joe loved music and playing his guitar, he enjoyed antiques, hunting, fishing and painting. Survived by his brother, Philip Bailey (Jean) of Saint John; two sisters, Mary Morton (Keith) and Patricia Bailey both of Saint John; special nephew, Kyle Morton as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Little Joe was predeceased by his brother, Edward Bailey. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, 634-7424, with visiting on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 16, 2009 at 1:00 pm from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment to take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick
