Obituary of James Anthony Wilson

The death of James Wilson of Saint John occurred on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at his residence. Born in Saint John on December 20, 1968, he was the son of Geraldine (Hubbard) Wilson of Saint John and the late Robert Wilson. Jim traveled to many places in his short life and enjoyed it immensely. He had many friends and had been a skilled hairdresser for several years before becoming a paramedic; a career he truly loved but could no longer do because of his poor health. His boisterous laugh and sense of humour was hard to forget. Jim was loved by his family and friends and will be missed. In addition to his mother, Jim is also survived by two brothers, Robbie Wilson (Pat) of Moosejaw, SK and David Wilson of Saint John; one sister, Millie Evans (Ray) of Petawawa, ON; as well as several nephews, one niece, uncles and aunts. Besides his father, Jim was also predeceased by his niece, Melissa Evans. As per Jim’s request, no visitation or funeral service will be held. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Saint John SPCA Animal Rescue.
