Obituary of Joseph Walter Buckley

The death of Joseph "Joe" Walter Buckley, beloved husband of Brenda (Brewer) Buckley occurred on Sunday, June 22, 2014, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on June 25, 1940, he was a son of the late Walter and Margaret Buckley. Joe was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers 502 for over 40 years. In addition to his wife, Brenda, Joe is also survived by his children and grandchildren, Katherine, Bruce (Connie), Matthew, Bryon and Shaylee; as well as brothers and sisters. Joe was predeceased by brothers, sisters and extended family. As per the family’s request, no visitation or funeral service will take place. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
