Obituary of Ruth Ann Hamilton

The family of Ruth Ann Hamilton announces her unexpected passing on Monday, September 21, 2015 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on November 5, 1960, she was a daughter of Carol (Fullerton) and the late Reginald Myers and partner of Bryant "Humper" Ferguson. Ruth was a proud mother and grandmother and loved her family very much. She could often be found at her camp on the Belleisle Bay, and enjoyed travelling with her partner Bryant. Besides her mother and partner, she is survived by her sons, Joel (Courtenay) Hamilton; and James Hamilton (Elisha Hall); granddaughter, Kalyn Maillet; brothers, Dale (Gerry) Myers; Doug (Debbie) Myers; and Glenn Myers (Kathy Beaudin); first husband, Robin Hamilton; Bryant’s sons, Paul and Scott Ferguson; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her father Reginald Myers. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424), with visiting on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 12:00 Noon in Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. For those who wish, donations may be made to Bobby’s Hospice.
