Obituary of Gerald William Gregory Mattson

It is with great sadness that the family of Gerald Mattson announce his peaceful passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 14, 2015. He was a beloved son of the late Jean (Henderson) and Arnold Mattson. Born on January 19, 1956, he resided in Saint John his entire life. He loved his two dogs, working on cars and enjoyed his music. He will be missed by his surviving family, his sister Sheila Chiasson, brother Arnold (Pearl) Mattson, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and his close friend, Mambo. He is predeceased by his parents, his sisters Mary and Arlene as well as his nephew Sean Timothy. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with a funeral service being held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 2pm from the Brenan’s Chapel with visitation beginning at 1pm.
