Obituary of Arnold D. Aucoin

Arnold D. Aucoin passed away on September 18, 2015 at Turnbull Nursing Home, Saint John. Born on November 27, 1922 in Acadieville, New Brunswick he was a son of the Maxime and Marie Aucoin. Arnold loved fishing, hunting and playing darts. Arnold was employed with WorkSafe NB for many years. Surviving are his wife Catherine; daughters, Carol McQueen and Mary Ann Gates (Sean Lynns), both of Saint John; sisters Bernice Brown (the late Carl), Quispamsis; Theresa Doiron (Lorne) Acadieville; brother Paul (Marielle); granddaughter, Marissa Gates (Jonathan Fraser). Besides his parents he was predeceased by his sister Geralda "Gerry" Blanchard. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, (634-7424), A Funeral Liturgy will be held at the Brenan’s Chapel, on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM. There will be a time of visitation on Monday, from 1:00 pm until funeral time. For those who wish, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or to The Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
