Obituary of Ronald W. Cail

The sudden death of Ronald Cail occurred on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton, AB. He was born in Sussex on December 17, 1957 to the late Raymond and Alnora (Edgett) Cail. Ronald loved working with his hands as a mechanic, most recently at Auto City Edmonton. Even as a child you could find him playing with wrenches and other tools. His career choice left him with the ability to travel and live in many provinces. In earlier years, he enjoyed many outdoor activities like fishing, hunting and gardening. He enjoyed the company of his family and friends, all of whom will miss him and his many stories. Ronald will be dearly missed by his surviving family, his common-law spouse, Beth Jewis, his son Ronald (Ami) Cail, grandchildren: Wriece and Quenton Cail, his brothers: Stewart (Marilyn) Cail and Eugene (Brenda) Cail, his sisters: Carolyn Cail and Bonnie Hughes and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Ronald is predeceased by his brother Raymond Cail. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), there will be visitation on Thursday, June 4 from 2-4 and 7-9. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 5 at 1 pm from Ocean View Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
