Obituary of Violet Rose Ebbett

Surrounded by her loving family, Violet Rose Ebbett of Saint John, NB, passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, June 27, 2007. She left us to go to heaven to join her husband Paul of 49 years. Daughter of the late James and Rose Richards, Violet was a life long resident of Saint John where she was employed with Lantic Sugar for 33 years, retiring in 1985. She brought much joy and love to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Violet is survived by her daughters; Paulette, Robyn Raynes (George), Pam Gamblin (Joe), Kim, Holly Raynes (Donald), Star (Berley), and Michelle Hebert (John), and sons Jimmy (Wendy) and Tony. She is also survived by her sisters Ella, Mary, Connie, June and Zeversa and special niece, Jo-Anne. Violet was predeceased by her son Terry and her brothers James and Ronald. Arrangements are under the direction of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, (506-634-7424). At the request of the family there will be no visitation. A private family funeral will be held from Brenan’s Chapel.
