Obituary of Gordon Walter Lightstone

With his family at his side the death of Gordon Lightstone occurred at the Loch Lomond Village on Monday, September 2, 2013. He was born in Toronto, ON on June 1, 1929 to the late Gordon and Audrey (Island) Lightstone. Gordon worked in the film industry for 20th Century Fox and as a Salesman for Fibershield until his retirement. He is survived by his daughters: Stephanie Martin (Paul) of Grand Bay-Westfield and Marla McKenna (Kevin) and Crystal Landry both of Saint John; grandchildren: Justin, Bryanna, Teagan, Kaitlyn, Shasta, and Jason and special friend, Sharon Stacey of Saint John. Besides his parents, Gordon was predeceased by his son, Michael Lightstone. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). There will be no visitation. A private family committal service will take place in Greenwood Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish remembrances to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
