Obituary of William Joseph Stevens

The death of William "Billy" Joseph Stevens, cherished husband of Darlene Lacarte occurred on Monday, September 30, 2013, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on June 26, 1952, he was the son of the late Roy and Rita (Flynn) Stevens. Besides his wife and best friend, Darlene, Billy is also survived by his children, Billie-Jo (Dale), Steve (Roxane), Miranda (Eric) and Michael; grandchildren, Randy, Chloe, Abby- Rose, Cohen and Aaryanna; brothers, Gary (Bonnie), Michael, Kevin (Joyce) and Roy as well as sisters, Cindy and Tammy. Although there will be no visitation, relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service, which will be held at Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at 10:00 AM. For those who wish, remembrances made to the Canadian Liver Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
