Obituary of Carol Ann Ellis

It is with great sadness that the family of Carol Ann Ellis announces her passing on Wednesday, Aril 17, 2019 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on April 15, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Hartley and Ann (Kelley) Campbell.

Carol was a faithful member of St. Luke’s Anglican Church and was very active in the ACW. She loved to garden and bake. In fact, she was known all over for her famous chocolate chip cookies! Most of all Carol loved her family and cherished the times spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Carol will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 50 years, John; children: Kim and Joe, Cathy and Bruce, Tom and Angela, and Andrew and Kathy; siblings: Patricia Kaiser and Graham, Kenneth Campbell and Elaine, David Campbell and Mary, Heather Campbell and Jerry; sisters-in-law: Donna Bell and Doug and Sandra Chase and Neil; grandchildren: Sarah Snodgrass and Will, Morgan Colp, William Colp, Bailey Ellis; great-grandchildren: Braelynn, Landen, and Layla; several step-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West, with visitation on Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM followed immediately by a Funeral Service at 1:00 PM, all from Brenan’s Bay View Chapel. For those who wish, donations in Carol’s memory can be made to St. Luke’s Outreach Program. www.BrenansFH.com
