Dear family members,
Kay was a quiet queen, respected not for her position, but for her person. She made wherever she was a castle, without the necessity of pomp and circumstance. People felt at home with her wether it was in just a quick one on one chat, or at a gala event. Every exchange with her was both regal and personal, simple and spiritual. We would all do well to live Christ as beautifully as she did. How much better that she's in her mansion rather than another nursing home. May the lasting blessings your mom brought to each of you, far outweigh your sorrows.

Mrs. Ingersoll, as we were taught to call our respected elders, always held a special place in my heart. She was so stately, gentle, caring and loving, always taking the time to visit with me, even when I was a child. She was a true example of a woman of God and we all were blessed to know her. My deepest condolences to all the family.

We convey our sympathy and condolences in Kay's passing. As we journey further along in life we reflect on those who have encouraged and supported us along the way. Kay and Ralph both were champions of the faith! In our younger days they seemed to "know" just what we needed. We will always be grateful. Our prayers are with you Joanne, Don, Doug, and family

Dear Joanne,
We sincerely send our thoughts and pray for you and your family as you go through this time of loss of your dear Mom. I can still see her in their Sussex home when we were attending Bethany, now Kingswood University, as she was a peaceful presence for me when I was away from family. It was after those days that she was drawn closer, when you and David were married, David coming from my home church in Toronto Her life was very full and devoted to the work of ministry.....May you and your family feel the blessing of the Lord knowing that she contributed so much to the Kingdom work of the Atlantic District touching so many lives. Thoughts, Prayers and Love,

I imagine our earthly minds can't fully comprehend what heaven is like. However, this week my mind has played the same scene over and over. There is our Almighty Creator, holding Kay's beautiful face in His hands. God is telling Kay how much He has always loved her, how wonderful it is to have her home. And there's Ralph, waiting next to greet her. Lindsay is dancing, waiting to rush in and dance with her grandmother. All the while, David (the family newcomer) is waiting his turn to welcome her home. No more sorrow and no more sad tears in heaven.
Joanne, Don (& Janet), and Doug (& Karen) and your families, may God bathe your hearts in His ultimate peace. We will all miss your beautiful mother but none more than you all. My heart is very sad for you all but happy for heaven.
Much love, Christine (nee Greenway) and Ian Cameron

Gloria joins me in expressing our condolences in Kay’s passing. In the quaint Salvation Army term, she has been PTG - Promoted to Glory. Even when a mother is “old and full of years”, their passing leaves a hole that can never truly be filled.
As the Scripture indicates, there is celebration on the other side upon her safe arrival.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you these days.

Dear Ingersoll family - Through the years we have many fond memories of Kay Ingersoll. She was such a kind and caring person who we will be forever grateful for the support she gave to our mom, Judy, when our dad past away a few years ago.
We are thankful for the support and guidance offered by Kay and her husband, Ralph, while our dad was the minister in Amherst, NS, during the early 1970's. Our prayers and thoughts are with each of you during this time.
